# Sundae swap buyback

Proposition we add a token. Buyback and also restructure the fee system create a reward system for dao members who’s holding the sundae token.

Hi @Mr-Haskell

Thanks for getting involved! This lacks a lot of concrete details. Where do funds to buy back the token come from? How much should sundae token holders be rewarded? _how_ should they be rewarded? etc.

Additionally, it doesn’t follow [the voting procedures](https://cdn.sundaeswap.finance/GovernanceProcedures-2023-02-01.pdf) (namely, it doesn’t include a poll, etc.)

I’m going to move this to the DAO Discussion category while the community makes suggestions on those concrete details and the idea is refined. Once you feel you have a fleshed out proposal that can generate some interested in an on-chain vote, you’re more than welcome to open another temperature check.
